Honestly, we were a bit clueless to the process and had a ton (honestly a ton) of questions throughout the process. Ryan routinely ran numbers for us to give us an estimate on how much our payment would be for different houses. Ryan was ALWAYS kind and quickly responsive. We ended up searching for a home much more distant from our initial area of interest, but Ryan was still able to work with us, which was great.
